Week 1 - w/c Monday 31st August
Hello,
We have had a great first week in Year 2! The children have settled in well and have adapted to the new routines.
Some information for next week:
Our PE days are MONDAY and WEDNESDAY. Please ensure children bring their PE kits to school on Monday and wear normal school uniform on PE days.
Tuesday - Parents' Information Session at 3pm in the hall.
Friday - Spelling test. Spellings logs have gone home today - please see page 1 for the spelling list.
Children should have come home with a book-banded book this week and will receive their Monster Phonics reading books next week. I will read with each child next week and check whether their book-band needs changing.
