This week, we have been learning all about number bonds to ten, we have been using the cubes and counters to find the different number bonds. In PE, we have moved on to our new unit of ‘Net and Wall Games’ and this week we have been practising the ‘ready position’ and trying to catch a ball from our partner. We enjoyed the house competition of making a scarecrow this afternoon!
Some reminders for next week:
- Monday – Multi-skills festival at The Elizabethan Academy – children to come dressed in PE kit with a named water bottle. A letter has been sent to you with further information.
- Harvest donations will be gratefully received from Monday.
- Thursday – Harvest Festival at church at 2.30pm. Children to be collected from church that day unless they are at M&M club.
- No PE kit needed on Thursday.
- Friday – Spelling test and books changed
