Week 1 - W/C 2nd November
Good afternoon,
I hope you enjoyed the half-term break. We have had a fantastic start to Autumn 2! The children enjoyed their trip to the Elizabethan on Wednesday where they were fantastic at showcasing their dance and gymnastic skills! This week, our numeracy focus has been shape and we have been naming and describing both 2D and 3D shapes! To link to this learning, in DT we have been making different shaped pillars to see which is the strongest when placing pens, pencils and glue sticks on top of them. We look forward to investigating ‘How strong is a piece of paper?’ in the coming weeks.

Friday – Children in Need. This is a non-uniform day; children can wear Pudsey clothes if they wish.
